THE MAIN COMPONENTS OF BELT-TYPE BUCKET ELEVATORS ARE

1. Driving Device

2. Rollers

3. Belts

4. Buckets and Frames

WORKING PRINCIPLES OF BELT-TYPE BUCKET ELEVATOR

The driving device usually uses an electric motor, which transmits power to the belt through a reducer and a transmission device to drive the belt to run. The idler roller is installed on the frame to support and guide the movement of the belt. The bucket is fixed on the belt and used to load materials. When the motor starts, the power is transmitted to the belt through the reducer and transmission device, causing it to start running. The material enters the bucket from the feed port, and as the belt runs, the bucket is raised to the discharge port position. At the discharge port, the bucket dumps the material to complete the unloading of the material. Subsequently, the bucket continues to run to the feed inlet position, and the material is transported cyclically. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/what-belt-type-bucket-elevator-da-lin-rinvc
